Scholars said that firm cultural confidence is established to achieve cultural improvement ultimately. We must keep in mind the policy of "not forgetting the original characteristics, absorbing foreign advantages, and facing the future", hold high the cultural banner, and stick to the spirit highland, in an effort to nourish contemporary China's development and progress with strong cultural confidence, road supporting confidence, theoretical confidence and institutional confidence.
