Huang Ju, male, 63, Han nationality, a native of Jiashan, Zhejiang Province, was born in September 1938. He joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in March 1966 and began to work in May 1963. He graduated from the Department of Electrical Machinery Engineering, Tsinghua University, where he had majored in Electrical Machinery Manufacturing. He is a university graduate and engineer.
